The White Mountain Cider Company Welcomes you.. The White Mountain Cider Company is owned by Culinary Institute of America graduates Scott and Teresa Stearns. The charming New England property includes a restaurant & bar in the remodeled 1880's farmhouse, a gourmet country store in the newly built red barn and a cider press where fresh apple cider is pressed in the Fall. In the restaurant, you can enjoy specialties such as Crispy Crab Cakes served on an Apple Fennel Slaw, Homemade Potato Chips drizzled with Gorgonzola Cream and Grilled Apple Cider Brined Pork Tenderloin next to the charming Rumford fireplace. Plus, enjoy fresh classic & contemporary cocktails & wines at our bar. Be sure to visit the country store where you can purchase our famous apple cider donuts, coffee, mulled cider, and fresh baked goods. Browse our selection of unique New England made crafts and our own line of specialty products. The Fall season offers the chance to watch apple cider pressing in progress and sample the freshly squeezed juice.
